RTG offers unique machinery solutions to minimise waste from metal and timber manufacturing and turn it into an energy harnessing resource. Our solutions range from cleaning waste for reuse in the manufacturing process; timber waste and offcuts to be compressed and used as energy, and waste recycling and management value-add briquetting to create an energy source for use in heat or power.

Briquetting and pelletising technology as a solution to waste wood fibre in Australia's sawmills offers a new income stream for what would otherwise be considered waste. Pelletising Projects
RTG design and build complete turnkey pellet and briquetting plants. This service includes initial design consulting, feasibility studies, ROI analysis, equipment layout design covering raw material infeed, drying system alternatives, milling the fibre, pelletising and storage solutions.
RTG works with companies such as CPM, Nova Pellet and Knoblinger- all first class European suppliers – to design a bespoke solution from 200kg / hr to 200,000T p.a. capacity. RTG have been compressing biomass since 1995 and there are not too many types of biomass that we haven’t worked with! RTG have test presses and pellet lines to trial run customers’ raw fibre to ascertain suitability and perform market testing.

This is why we ensure that our customer service is world class meets our client's needs. We offer design services, technical consultation and maintenance of all the machinery we sell.
Our technicians are trained in Europe at our suppliers' factory. So when your machine is installed in your business, you will be receiving the best support available and your staff will be fully trained in the operation of the machine and basic troubleshooting. In the event that a problem occurs, we will ring to talk you through the issue. If this is not possible we will remotely connect to your PLC and troubleshoot any problems that may occur. The final step of support is to make a returning visit to the installation site and address the issue in person. We stock spare parts for a range of machines in our factory based in Eden, NSW. This means help is only just around the corner.
